Day 1 → Depart Xining, drive to Kanbula National Park, settle into guesthouse
10:00am - Meet in Xining
11:00am- Depart Xining, Drive 3 hours to Kanbula National Park , the back gate near GuiDe
2:30pm- Settle into lodge and free time
4:00pm- Icebreaker games
5:00pm - Teaching on leadership and high functioning teamwork
6:00pm - Dinner at Kanbula Guesthouse
7:00pm- Evening Activity
8:30pm - Free time
Day 2 → Spend the day exploring the Red Rocks of Kanbula National Park
7:30am - Optional short hike in the morning behind guesthouse
8:00am - Breakfast at the guesthouse
8:30am- Pack for the day
9:00am- Depart Homestay to drive on dirt road into the park
9:30am- Team building game A in forest: River Crossing
10:15am- Map and Compass Introduction by Ben
11:15am- Teams set out on Map and compass course to find waypoints
1:00pm- Return from compass course and Lunch at picnic spot
Sandwiches and cheese and crackers
1:15pm- Team building Game B: Spider Web
2:15pm- Depart picnic spot for hike up Achung Namzong Red rock cliffs
2:45pm - Arrive at hiking location. Hike up steps. Round trip time = 2 hours
5:00pm- Depart hike, drive to guesthouse
5:45pm - Arrive guesthouse location, rest and clean up
6:30pm - Dinner and bonfire
7:30pm- Qinghai culture trivia questions around bonfire
9:00pm - Free time and rest
Day 3 → Debrief and return to Xining by dinner time
7:30am - Optional short hike in the morning behind guesthouse
8:00am - Breakfast at the guesthouse
8:30am- Pack for the day
9:00am- Final activity and group debrief
10:15am- Depart Kanbula Guesthouse/Guesthouse
11:30pm- Lunch at noodle restaurant on the way back to Xining
3:00pm- Return to Xining
